Topsail Island has a turtle hospital and periodically releases the rehabilitated turtles. This is from a friends photo of a recent release. It is exciting to see these magnificent creatures head back into the ocean. It draws quite a crowd. This painting is 8”x10” and is painted on a 3/4” gesso panel.
