I was drawn to this subject because of the juiciness of the cherries and the strong shadow pattern. I decided to add the plate for interest. It is a piece of the china a received when I was married over 50 years ago. I have china from different relatives and live the memories they evoke! This is an 8”x10” acrylic on canvas and is part of my Fresh Produce series.
